Volume User Discount Promotion adds an innovative twist to help organizations to qualify for discounts.

Concierge Conference Center – Midtown Manhattan - is pleased to announce its 2009-2010 VOLUME USER DISCOUNT PROMOTION. The year-long promotion offers participating groups 13%-33% discounts on the Day Meeting Package (DMP). Promotion is applicable to existing bookings based on signing a subscription plan and 2009-2010 use commitment.

The Primary Subscriber Member can invite up to 7 meeting organizer colleagues to join their plan in order to achieve the highest possible discount. All meetings scheduled by the Primary Member’s organization and their registered “Colleagues” will enjoy the applicable discount.

Concierge Conference Center is conveniently located in Manhattan at 780 Third Avenue (between 48^th/49^th). The Center offers a wide array of conference, meeting and event spaces including a 175-seat auditorium and meeting rooms to accommodate groups of 12-200 participants.

How to Join Friends & Colleagues Circle Plan:

· Primary Subscriber registers at the annual DMP Level that best aligns with anticipated demand

· Primary Subscribers invite meeting organizer “Friends & Colleagues” to register as sub-subscribers

· Primary Member and Friends/Colleague Members both enjoy volume discounts

· Concierge Center will send monthly reports that identify consumed (actualized) and future bookings (as aggregate numbers to ensure all members privacy)

· Once actual (consumed) meetings reach the next qualifying level, all future meetings will enjoy an increased discount. The registered groups may start with a lower qualifying discount but enjoy increased discounts when the registered groups actualized meetings qualify to the next volume level.

Volume User (with “Friends & Colleagues Circle) Discounts

Terms and Conditions:

1. Discounts apply to Day Meeting Package (DMP) rates only. Discount offer cannot be combined with space rental bookings.

2. Offer valid on previously booked business with execution of the minimum Volume User Agreement.

3. Space is limited based on availability

4. Must book a minimum of 400 Day Meeting Packages between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010 to qualify. Should minimum qualifying threshold not be achieved before June 30, 2010, the Primary subscriber and sub-subscriber members agree to refund their respective discount awards.

5. Increasing discounts apply when next threshold is exceeded and applicable only to future bookings. Increased discounts are not retroactive.

6. Must book and consume (actualize) meetings by June 30, 2010.

7. Additional audio visual, food and beverage, and technology services are not included in the volume discount plan.

8. Primary subscriber member may register up to 7 meeting organizer colleagues (Sub-Subscribers Members) to the primary plan. The aggregate bookings and consumed (actualized) Day Meeting Packages for Primary and Sub-Subscriber will be included in the qualifying tally.

9. Primary 50% advance deposit is required with each booking confirmation. The 50% balance is due and payable 30-days in advance of the meeting start date. Should the meeting start date be less than 30-days in advance, the full advance deposit is due and payable when the meeting is booked.

10. Cancellation provisions, as defined in the Booking Confirmations, apply to all cancelled meetings.
